所有我公司以“中远集装箱运输有限公司”名称签订的合同效力不受公司更名影响，“中远海运集装箱运输有限公司”将继续履行“中远集装箱运输有限公司”签订的所有合同。
我公司自2017年1月1日起使用公司名称为“中远海运集装箱运输有限公司”的新提单，自2017年1月1日不再签发公司名称为“中远集装箱运输有限公司”的提单。
公司有关账户名称更改、发票信息更改时间我们将另行通知。

Please be informed of the following matters regarding our company name change from COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd. to COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd. (“Our Company”).
Our Company changed its official company name from COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd. to COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd. on November 18, 2016.
The terms and conditions of any contracts entered into by Our Company will not be affected by the name change. Any ongoing contracts, which are currently being performed by Cosco Container Lines Co., Ltd. will continue to be performed under the name of COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd..
Our Company will issue bills of lading under the name of COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd. starting from January 1, 2017.
